The issue of the step caused by the fold in the ring part of the sewn bag, which has been a drawback until now, has been resolved through a special sewing technique, clearing the bypass problem of the filtrate. Additionally, by using the newly designed FALA filter housing (step seal structure), we can ensure a bypass-free operation without losing the advantages of the ring sewn bag's large filtration area (the filtration area does not decrease due to plastic colors and fusion parts) while eliminating the need for an O-ring in the basket section. The FALA bag filter system is a precision liquid filtration system with a nominal filtration accuracy of 1 to 800 microns and low solid particle concentration (below 1000 ppm). The processing flow rate per unit ranges widely from 1 to 1000 m3/hr.
